In relation to the data described in this policy, Metrichain acts as a data controller for visitor and marketing data, and as a data processor for personal data we handle on behalf of our clients during outreach campaigns.

4. How We Store Data and Retention Periods

• Visitor analytics data: Retained for up to 26 months and then deleted or anonymised.
• Client contact and billing records: Retained for the duration of the client relationship and for 7 years thereafter to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
• Prospect data processed in campaigns: Retained only for the duration of the relevant campaign and deleted within 30 days of campaign completion, unless the client instructs otherwise or legal requirements apply.
• Opt-out and suppression records: Retained indefinitely to ensure suppressed contacts are never re-contacted.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers that help us operate our business, including:
